I’ve been here for 20 months now and am well-established. The Business Context: The Team: 35 people, 6 years old, and growing. The Valuation: Currently estimated at £40M, with a target exit of £200M. The Reality: I believe we have a few years of very hard work ahead to hit that valuation, and I’m right in the thick of it. My construction background has been a "superpower" here. It helps me win over clients, translate their requirements into features, and drive the business strategy. After my first year, I successfully advocated for myself to move my salary up from a low starting point and secured a share of equity. Why I’m seeking mentoring now: I feel like I’m standing in front of a lot of open doors. Within SiteAssist, there is a path to becoming a leader, building out the platform, and increasing my stake. Outside, I see possibilities ranging from joining other high-growth firms to eventually starting my own business.
